Payments
At time of booking a half deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment must be sent at the time of the shoot, or before.
Deposits
All deposits count towards the final payment.
Deposits can be credited towards a half refund if you cancel within 42 hours of the shoot. You are welcome to reschedule the shoot within 3 months!
If I cancel, the deposit is refundable if the client does not want to reschedule.
Tardiness
The session will be canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late (NO EXCEPTIONS).
An additional $15 charge will be added if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Session end time can not be extended to accommodate lateness unless more time is purchased and I have availability.
Turn Around Time
RAW Images are given to clients within 1-3 days after final payment. Turnaround time for edited and retouched images are between 1-5 business days from when the client selects images to be edited (if rush edits aren’t purchased)
Extra Edits is serviced after initial package photos are returned.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
Rescheduling is free depending on the day. If I am free, it is free. If I have to squeeze you in after hours or during the day, there will be a fee.
If the rescheduled request is not submitted within 48 hours of shoot time, the deposit will be non-refundable and act as a cancellation fee.
If the rescheduled request is not submitted 48 hours before shoot time, the deposit will not be credited for rescheduling.
Do you Travel?
I do travel, but there is an additional travel fee. Please consult before booking!
How many people can I bring to my shoot?
A total of 2-4 people for anything outside. Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures and we end up shooting way less.
Inside Studio Shoots, a total of 2 guests (can be flexible)
